Experience

Applied Geographic Technologies was founded in 1953 as Brown & Davies.  Prior to that, James B. Davies Sr., a well known Fort Worth Architect put his mark on the city by designing a number of the leading structures.

This background image is from the facade of the Western Union Building (circa 1931) located downtown at the corner of Main and 3rd Street.   Today one can see the Architect's name, J. B. Davies, engraved on the street corner column facing Main.

There are a number of landmark buildings around the Fort Worth Area that were design by James B. Davies Sr. Architect.

In keeping with its heritage, the current offices of Applied Geographic Technologies are located in the old Martha Washington Candy Company on Magnolia Avenue (see picture bottom right).
